During the period of 18 months we have completely gutted and renovated this four story NYC townhouse. Working with a Client who is an artist, was both, challenging and fun.
We did our best to preserve the character of the house, while introducing the latest technology.

Several years ago we’ve built a brand new office for Union Capitol Corporation.

The scope included 4,000 SF of interior space as well as a large outdoor terrace garden.

We had hoped to preserve some of the original architectural elements but owing to the condition of the apartment, this was not possible. Instead we opted for a reorganization of the space utilizing clean, modern lines and organic, tactile materials such as custom oak woodwork, reclaimed walnut flooring and concrete surfaces.
